Color Schemes

Triadic
Triadic rooms are when you take every 4th color. I had this room feel like a front entry, almost like a visiting room. its open and full of space for visiting.

Split-complementary color
This is Split complementary. I picked green blue and brown. For the brown I chose wooden items. The room would be more of a teen age hang out area. Its got fun colors and a young style to it. I also made this room to feel springy.

Analogous
These colors were right next to each other on the color wheel. I picked these colors because they made the dull room seem bright. To me this room feels relaxed and cozy. I would of picked a orange shaggy rug to go with this but i had a hard time finding a rug. This room to me would be a living room or a study room. Its open and at the same time comfortable.
monochromatic
Monochromatic rooms are all one color but different textured and brightness/darkness. I picked a brown /tan color. This is a more calm and inviting room.
